Double Dragon: A Post-Apocalyptic Action Game

Double Dragon is a full version action game available on Nintendo Switch. The game is developed by Arc System Works and is set in a post-apocalyptic New York. The story follows twin brothers Billy and Jimmy Lee, who operate a small martial arts training school. The Lee brothers' girlfriend, Marian, is kidnapped by a street gang called the "Black Warriors," led by a man named Willy. In exchange for Marian's release, the Black Warriors demand the Lee brothers to disclose their martial arts secrets. The Lee brothers set out to save Marian and crush the Black Warriors.

The game offers players various techniques, including basic punches and kicks, invulnerable elbow strikes, and weapons. Players must pursue the gang through the city slum, industrial area, and forest before reaching their hideout to confront the big boss, Willy. Additionally, the NES version of the game features a VS. fighting mode for one or two players, where players choose from six different characters and enter a one-on-one fighting match to drain their opponent's health bar. The game is an exciting and immersive experience for action game enthusiasts.
